Senior Quantum Solutions Engineer - ML

About the role

Pasqal is seeking a Senior Quantum Solutions Engineer to join its Quantum Applications department. You will build and deliver client‑facing solutions based on Pasqal’s quantum‑enhanced machine‑learning algorithms, turning research methods into reliable products for real‑world use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement Pasqal’s quantum‑enhanced graph ML algorithms to meet client data, constraints, and performance targets.
• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines—including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and post‑processing—integrated with quantum execution workflows and simulation platforms.
• Define baselines, metrics, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders and iterate solutions until delivery requirements are satisfied.
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware, and platform engineers to transfer methods from research to production and run solutions on Pasqal QPUs.
• Work closely with domain experts from high‑profile enterprises to solve real‑world business problems and produce maintainable code, documentation, and hand‑over material.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of professional experience as a machine‑learning engineer.
• Strong interest in quantum computing; physics background is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work with client datasets and deliver robust, production‑grade solutions.
