Senior Real Estate Fund Manager

About the role

The Senior Real Estate Fund Manager will lead the oversight of real‑estate projects funded by investment vehicles, ensuring they meet performance targets, budget constraints and regulatory standards. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with developers, investors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive the performance of real‑estate development projects against fund objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with developers to review forecasts, manage contractual commitments and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage fund cash flows, financing requirements and produce periodic reports for investors and fund boards.
• Support land acquisitions, conduct feasibility studies, due‑diligence and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Identify initiatives to enhance project returns, optimise costs and improve overall fund performance.
• Lead, mentor and manage Fund Managers and Assistant Fund Managers, overseeing disbursements and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements and contribute to market analysis and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• CME certification.
• Extensive experience in real‑estate fund management and a strong understanding of fund operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real‑estate market, regulations and industry practices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
