Senior Reporting Analyst (Arabic speaker)

About the role

The Senior Reporting Analyst will design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and reports that empower data‑driven decisions across the organization. The role is centred on Power BI but also requires flexibility to work with other BI tools such as Metabase and Apache Superset. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and visual best practices.
• Develop and maintain reports on additional platforms (e.g., Metabase, Apache Superset) while standardising output.
• Conduct in‑depth business data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Document data sources, calculations, and assumptions to ensure transparency and governance.
• Monitor and improve report performance, scalability, and data refresh efficiency.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries to support data extraction and transformation.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to increase data literacy and tool adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong focus on Power BI with proven ability to work across multiple BI platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, including fluency in Arabic.
