About the role
The Senior Sales Account Expert will own the full sales lifecycle for strategic accounts within Saudi Aramco and the wider Oil & Gas sector under the DBS portfolio. You will develop account strategies, build strong client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle for assigned strategic accounts, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within client organisations.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across DBS products and services.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, and service teams to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, client developments, and competitive positioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
- 10–14 years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience.
- Experience with Oil & Gas clients or complex B2B environments is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco’s procurement and contracting procedures is highly preferred.
