Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Solutions

About the role

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive HVAC project sales across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering profitable solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Add new customers and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and convert them into confirmed orders.
• Survey the market to generate leads and identify growth opportunities.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and work on strategic accounts to close large‑scale projects.
• Achieve business targets and enhance overall profitability.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HVAC project sales experience in the KSA Eastern Region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven sales record with a strong market network.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of or contacts in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
