Senior Scheduling Control Engineer – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Hill International is seeking a Senior Scheduling Control Engineer to lead scheduling and control activities for major construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are realistic, monitored, and met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create achievable timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose mitigation measures.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and progress meetings.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to all stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to improve scheduling and control processes.
• Train and mentor junior scheduling engineers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual schedule requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction scheduling and control.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
