Senior System Engineer

About the role

2P, a leading ICT solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Senior System Engineer to lead the design, operation and security of its enterprise infrastructure. You will work across Microsoft and cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, compliance and continuous improvement of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operation, maintenance, upgrades and security compliance of infrastructure systems.
• Design, implement and optimise Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services and identity‑management solutions.
• Manage Azure AD, ADFS and broader identity‑governance processes.
• Administer Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Teams environments.
• Automate account and password management workflows.
• Conduct technical assessments, vulnerability scans and remediation planning.
• Ensure systems are patched, secure and compliant with corporate policies.
• Oversee license management, renewals and vendor coordination.
• Lead problem management, root‑cause analysis and major incident response.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure management.
• ITIL and CCNA certifications are mandatory.
• Azure Solution Architect certification is required.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
