Senior Team Lead – Global People Services (Employee Life Cycle)

About the role

The Senior Team Lead will head the Employee Life Cycle team within Global People Services (GPS) for the Middle East region. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality HR operational support and elevating the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and day‑to‑day leadership to the Employee Life Cycle team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee creation and regular updates of service‑center content such as HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on HR operations and policy interpretation, driving process, system, and communication improvements.
• Ensure timely, professional HR advisory services to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Carrier Excellence tools and digital platforms, including case‑management systems.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Resolve complex HR cases, develop talent pipelines, and promote knowledge sharing within GPS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Shared Service Center experience preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Analytical and logical thinking abilities to solve complex issues.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Good knowledge of local labour regulations.
