Technical Recruiter – Riyadh

About the role

Saudi Gold Refinery is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, geology, metallurgy and plant operations functions in Riyadh. The role ensures candidates meet technical and safety standards while complying with Saudi labour regulations and Saudization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of specialised talent from Saudi universities, TVTC programmes and international mining networks.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency‑based interviews and coordinate technical assessments with subject‑matter experts.
• Prepare offer letters within approved compensation bands and manage pre‑employment medical, background checks and verification through Qiwa and Muqeem platforms.
• Collaborate with HSE, Operations and Laboratory leadership to schedule mandatory site inductions, LOTO training and chemical‑handling protocols before onboarding.
• Ensure hiring activities align with project timelines, shift coverage requirements and Saudization quotas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment for engineering, geology, metallurgy or plant operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudization requirements.
• Ability to work closely with HSE, Operations and Laboratory teams to verify technical competencies and safety certifications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
