Senior Vice President Sales Cybersecurity

About the role

Theron Solutions is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its cybersecurity sales across the Middle East. The executive will own the regional growth strategy, P&L, and market expansion for identity, cloud, and managed security services. The role reports to global leadership and represents Theron Solutions at executive forums and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a regional business strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Own revenue, bookings, and profitability, driving large transformation and managed‑services deals.
• Manage the full regional P&L, ensuring profitable growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop market entry strategies, acquire new logos, and expand the enterprise and public‑sector portfolio.
• Build alliances with hyperscalers, OEMs, system integrators and technology partners.
• Lead cross‑sell and upsell initiatives while maintaining long‑term customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor and scale high‑performing sales, delivery and customer‑success teams.
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes and cybersecurity trends to shape positioning.

Required profile

• 25+ years of experience in enterprise technology or cybersecurity services, with a proven track record in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated ownership of multi‑million‑dollar P&L and sustained profitable growth.
• Successful history of winning large transformation and managed‑services engagements.
• Extensive CXO‑level network across government, BFSI, energy, telecom and enterprise sectors.
• Experience building and scaling regional organizations.
