Service Operator I – Frac Acid (PF03-ESG)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Operator I specialized in frac acid operations to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting well‑site activities for one of the world’s leading energy‑service providers, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of high‑pressure equipment and fluids.

Key responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down service equipment on‑site, including DME units, high‑pressure pumps and blenders.
• Perform well‑site calculations and data collection required for each job.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, conduct repairs and prepare assets for subsequent operations.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction and adherence to job design and KPIs.
• Follow HMS and HSE standards, promoting safety and environmental awareness.
• Participate in quality and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant field experience and completion of required competencies.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow detailed procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
