ServiceNow Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team at Qarbon IT. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, supporting ITSM processes and driving automation initiatives for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization of ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Create integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Automate business processes with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Support ServiceNow deployments, environment maintenance, and ensure platform stability.
• Analyze existing solutions and propose scalable improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to guide architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience working with ServiceNow (development and configuration).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proficiency in configuring ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Understanding of system integrations via REST and SOAP.
• Ability to work independently in an existing environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
