ServiceNow Integration & Infrastructure Specialist (MID Server, GCP, SSO)

About the role

Muller's Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Integration & Infrastructure Specialist to lead ServiceNow integration projects. You will ensure secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity between ServiceNow and external systems, with a focus on MID Server management, Google Cloud Platform, and Single Sign‑On technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot ServiceNow MID Servers across all environments.
• Monitor MID Server health, performance, and availability.
• Implement and support SSO solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP/Active Directory.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other middleware.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Support ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and cloud integrations utilizing MID Servers.
• Manage integrations with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Troubleshoot integration and infrastructure issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration and infrastructure support.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow MID Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services.
• Proven experience implementing SSO solutions (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, firewalls, proxies, SSL/TLS, and load balancers.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and identity management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
