Shift Supervisor – Warehouse and Shipping

About the role

The Warehouse & Shipping Supervisor leads safety, quality and productivity for the assigned shift, ensuring efficient movement and storage of finished glass products. This frontline leader drives operational excellence, continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead shift‑level Warehouse & Shipping operations, guaranteeing safe and reliable daily execution.
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards, enforce health, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain organized, compliant storage areas and accurate product location records.
• Coach, train and develop team members on safe glass handling, procedures and performance standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage storage locations and ensure material availability.
• Conduct pre‑shift inspections, resolve issues promptly and support shipping targets through effective resource planning.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics and Maintenance to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading frontline teams in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or industrial settings.
• Strong supervisory, coaching and performance‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
