Shop Drawings & As-Built Reviewer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shop Drawings & As-Built Reviewer to join our infrastructure team in Jeddah. You will ensure that all construction, shop, coordination and as‑built drawings are accurate, complete and fully compliant with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review shop, coordination, redline and as‑built drawings for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Cross‑check drawings against design documents, approved changes, site conditions, surveys and utility records.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, BIM teams, survey teams and document control to resolve drawing comments.
• Track review comments, revisions, approvals and close‑out status following document‑control procedures.
• Verify that as‑built drawings reflect installed works, approved deviations, final levels, coordinates and utilities.
• Support preparation of final handover packages, drawing registers and project close‑out deliverables.
• Prepare review comments, technical observations, status reports and coordination records.
• Suggest improvements to drawing‑review workflows and documentation quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, BIM or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience reviewing shop, coordination and as‑built drawings for infrastructure projects.
• Strong attention to detail and solid understanding of construction documentation and utility coordination.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
