Site Accountant – Construction Project Finance

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organized Site Accountant to oversee financial operations at our construction project sites in Riyadh. The role ensures accurate financial records, supports project execution, and maintains compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project petty cash, including disbursement, reimbursement, and reporting.
• Assist the AP Senior Accountant in auditing supplier and subcontractor invoices, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and contracts.
• Upload verified invoices to the Oracle ERP system and track payment schedules.
• Supervise materials and inventory at the site, maintain records, and conduct regular stock‑taking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project spending, budget utilization, and cost control.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, procurement, and site teams to resolve invoice and inventory discrepancies.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Experience in accounting for construction projects.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
