Site Administrator

About the role
The Site Administrator ensures accurate timekeeping, manages workforce housing, and oversees site fleet operations to support project efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and prepare weekly timesheets for all site personnel, reconcile hours with field logs, and submit data to payroll.
- Coordinate accommodation, including room allocations and camp facilities, and manage vendor relations to meet health and comfort standards.
- Schedule, dispatch, and monitor site vehicles and shuttle buses, handle routine maintenance, fuel tracking, and driver schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in timekeeping, logistics coordination, or fleet management within heavy industry or construction.
- Proficiency with digital timesheet software, GPS fleet tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective scheduling skills.
