Site Deployment Lead

About the role

Lead the successful installation and deployment of world‑class themed entertainment projects for Holovis. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient delivery of permanent installations, managing onsite teams and partners, and ensuring hand‑over to Holovis standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project activities from fabrication, testing, installation, commissioning to final hand‑over.
• Manage packing, shipping, logistics and material coordination to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee site demobilisation after project completion.
• Proactively ensure health, safety and quality for all onsite personnel.
• Identify training needs and work with the HSE Manager to meet safety regulations.
• Represent Holovis installation standards and guide the team to follow them.
• Support Technical Directors and Project Engineers, escalating issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading onsite technical audio‑visual installations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Confidence working in construction environments with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors, vendors, engineers and project teams.
• Ownership of site readiness, risk management, logistics and commissioning activities.
• Backgrounds such as Construction, MEP Services, Telecommunications, Shopfitting, Manufacturing, Industrial Installations or Building Systems Integration.
• Right to live, work and drive in Saudi Arabia and resident in Riyadh.

Required skills

• Proven experience leading large‑scale technical installations from fabrication through hand‑over.
• Strong understanding of site operations, logistics, deployment planning and installation methodologies.
• In‑depth knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and compliance processes.
• Ability to conduct thorough site surveys and produce clear documentation of site readiness.
