Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will play a key part in delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Working on‑site, you will coordinate daily activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise on‑site activities, monitor progress, and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Implement quality control measures and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce HSE protocols.
• Monitor project costs, identify savings, and support budget adherence.
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
