Site Foreman – Interior Finishing or MEP

About the role

Our client is looking for experienced Site Foremen to lead either high‑end interior finishing works or Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) installations on a fixed‑term contract. The role involves supervising daily site activities, managing large crews, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Lead a workforce of 40+ personnel, allocate tasks, monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Oversee interior finishing works such as woodwork, joinery, flooring, stone and marble cladding, tiling, and ceiling/wall finishes.
• Supervise MEP installation works in line with drawings and specifications, coordinating with civil and finishing teams.
• Read and interpret construction, shop and technical drawings; set out dimensions on site.
• Conduct regular quality inspections, enforce HSE regulations and minimise re‑work.
• Provide daily progress reports to Site/Project Engineers and support project planning.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of site supervision experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex site operations.
• Experience in interior finishing or MEP disciplines as applicable.
