Social Media Manager – Brand Strategy & Digital Community Engagement

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its brand strategy and digital community engagement across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will translate complex AI‑driven recruitment technologies into compelling narratives for LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Design, produce and schedule a localized content calendar that showcases HR‑Tech software, AI updates and corporate milestones.
• Manage community interactions, maintain a professional tone and respond promptly to industry discussions.
• Collaborate with design and advertising teams to create copy and media assets for targeted Meta and LinkedIn campaigns in the KSA market.
• Track monthly platform metrics (reach, clicks, engagement) and generate insights to optimise strategies.
• Ensure all content respects regional cultural norms and aligns with global corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social channels or corporate branding for SaaS, digital agencies or enterprise tech.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to engage local audiences and enterprise clients.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting ability and visual asset creation.
