Social Media Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join its marketing team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engage the community, and drive traffic to digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns across all relevant channels.
• Create compelling written, visual, and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and update a social media editorial calendar.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise campaigns based on data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, preferably with a focus on Public Relations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital communications, public relations or content creation.
• Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic and professional‑level English.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle high‑volume workloads.
