Soft Landing Expert

About the role

The Soft Landing Expert will lead the attraction and facilitation of foreign investors, startups and multinational companies seeking to establish or expand operations in Saudi Arabia. Working from our Riyadh office, you will act as the primary bridge between international clients and the local ecosystem, ensuring a smooth, compliant and cost-effective market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential foreign investors, multinational corporations and startups aligned with Saudi national priorities.
• Conduct global market scans to spot investment trends and emerging opportunities.
• Develop detailed local market maps covering industry landscapes, regulatory frameworks and business environments.
• Build and nurture relationships with international incubators, venture capital firms, entrepreneurial organisations and investors.
• Guide clients through company incorporation, licensing, and operational set-up while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with local authorities, service providers and partners to deliver end-to-end business establishment support.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business development, market entry or investment attraction.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulatory and business environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Performance-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-value solutions.
