Software Engineering Lead – Full Stack

About the role

The Software Engineering Lead will drive daily technical execution for a cross‑functional team building backend, frontend, and mobile solutions. Reporting to the CTO, the lead ensures high‑quality delivery, aligns development with architectural standards, and removes blockers to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and track tasks across backend, frontend, and mobile developers, ensuring milestones are met.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker‑based environments, and guarantee performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Prepare weekly technical status reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of software development experience with proven technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams (frontend, backend, mobile).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and mentorship skills.
