Solutions Architect

About the role

Cohere is looking for a founding Solutions Architect to drive the adoption of its AI platform across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. You will act as the technical bridge between customers, partners, and Cohere’s product team, showcasing how cutting‑edge language models can solve real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of pilot projects for enterprise and government clients.
• Own the technical relationship with stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Partners, and Executive Leadership to communicate value propositions.
• Gather feedback from deployments to influence product roadmap and best‑practice guidance.
• Identify and cultivate technical champions within customer organizations to drive long‑term adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trusted technical advisor or solutions architect in AI/ML contexts.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strategic thinker who can operate independently in a fast‑moving environment.
