Sorting Operator – Ceramic Manufacturing

About the role

The Sorting Operator will work on a ceramic production line in Saudi Arabia, ensuring that finished products are correctly identified, sorted and prepared for shipment. The role requires close attention to detail, physical stamina and the ability to operate conveyor‑based sorting equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sorting conveyors to separate ceramic items according to quality standards.
• Identify and remove defective or non‑conforming products.
• Maintain accurate records of sorted output and any quality issues.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on sorting equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in ceramic or other manufacturing environments.
• Diploma, I.T.I. or at least 10th grade education.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
