Spa Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead its luxury spa facility at Mansard Riyadh, a Radisson Collection hotel. The Spa Manager oversees all aspects of spa operations, ensures exceptional guest experiences and drives business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse spa team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimization
• Develop initiatives that improve guest experience, customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage financial performance: budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost control and pricing strategies
• Maintain quality assurance standards across treatments and services, with regular audits and corrective actions
• Coordinate with hotel departments and external partners on integrated guest journeys and marketing initiatives
• Innovate new treatments, wellness programs and promotional offerings
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements, with documented protocols and staff training
• Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to drive improvements
• Manage vendors, procurement and inventory, and conduct performance reviews and onboarding
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and empathetically

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field; spa management or wellness certification preferred
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing operations
• Strong leadership, guest service orientation and communication skills, with experience working with international clientele
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements for spa and wellness facilities
