Staff Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead the creation of AI‑powered decision‑making experiences for complex financial and risk‑management environments. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will shape platform experiences that help organisations prevent fraud, ensure compliance, and optimise risk operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for major product areas, from discovery through launch.
• Define and execute long‑term product vision, creating prototypes that align stakeholders.
• Design AI‑native experiences such as intelligent assistants, automated workflows, and explainable decision‑making interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to influence roadmap and strategy.
• Transform complex operational and compliance workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate development.
• Drive evolution of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user research and embed customer insights into design decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product design or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing complex web‑based products, especially in enterprise or data‑driven settings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and systems thinking.
• Proven experience designing AI‑powered or AI‑native product experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• High‑fidelity prototyping tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in the design process.
