Store Director (Luxury Fashion)

About the role

We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury house to appoint a Store Director for its flagship boutique in Riyadh. This senior leadership position is responsible for the boutique’s commercial performance, client experience, and team culture, acting as the custodian of the brand in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor the boutique team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the primary brand ambassador, building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, collectors and key members of the local luxury community.
• Drive commercial performance through effective sales management, productivity monitoring and operational discipline.
• Ensure boutique operations align with global brand standards, maintaining consistency in service, presentation and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Retail, Client Experience, Merchandising, HR and Marketing.
• Oversee reporting, staffing, inventory management and performance monitoring to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• Proven track record managing luxury boutiques, preferably in fashion, accessories or ready‑to‑wear.
• Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with VIP and high‑value customers.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance data and drive results.
• Deep appreciation for luxury service standards, product storytelling and brand representation.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to develop and inspire high‑performing teams.
