About the role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a luxury retail background to lead our Riyadh store. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage client relationships.
- Oversee store operations, inventory, cash control, and compliance.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Organise client events and promotional activities.
- Monitor team performance and support recruitment and training initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewelry, or premium brands.
- Strong leadership, sales, and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience managing store operations, merchandising, and team performance.
- Fluent in English.
