Strategic Advisory Consultant (Project-Based)

About the role

BDO Saudi Arabia is building a selective pool of independent consultants to support strategic advisory, institutional transformation and social-impact initiatives across the Kingdom. The role is short-term, project-based and focuses on delivering leadership, impact and transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collaborative leadership and transformation initiatives.
• Deliver executive coaching and leadership development programmes.
• Design and facilitate fellowship and executive education programmes.
• Develop social-impact, monitoring & evaluation and impact assessment frameworks.
• Conduct SROI and organisational impact assessments.
• Support stakeholder engagement, governance and sustainability initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, transformation programmes and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Prepare Arabic-English technical reports and programme documentation.

Required profile

• CVI-accredited practitioner or equivalent collective-impact expertise.
• ICF-certified executive coach (preferred).
• Professional certifications in SROI, Theory of Change, PMI, governance, sustainability or related impact disciplines.
• Experience in executive education, fellowship programmes or institutional transformation.
• Background working with NGOs, foundations, philanthropy or social-impact ecosystems.
• Based in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia; willingness to relocate if required.
• Valid iqama for expatriates and eligibility to work in the Kingdom.
• Availability for short-term assignments, workshops and advisory engagements.
