About the role
The Strategic Planning Manager will lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plans, ensuring alignment with national visions and corporate priorities. This role collaborates across departments to translate high‑level strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the strategic planning process, from formulation to performance measurement.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure effective collaboration on shared initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and monitor the implementation of approved strategic options.
- Assign objective owners and track accountability throughout the execution plan.
- Lead transformation and change studies, aligning them with international best practices.
- Analyze business operations and define scopes for development projects.
- Maintain structured documentation, workflow regulation, and compliance with operational templates.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards and intellectual property protections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in management, development, or a related field with at least 6 years of experience.
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- PhD with at least 2 years of experience in strategic planning or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale strategic initiatives.
