Strategy Consultant (Ex-MBB) for AI Training – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an ex‑MBB strategy consultant to help shape AI training data by turning real consulting engagements into structured learning environments. The role is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on designing realistic consulting scenarios for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real‑world consulting dynamics, including financials, constraints and incomplete information.
• Break each scenario into discrete, structured tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that AI agents can execute.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with the AI‑training team to ensure the tasks align with the overall learning objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• Willingness to learn lightweight tooling; no deep technical background required.

Required skills

What we offer

• Opportunity to influence how next‑generation AI systems learn high‑level business reasoning.
• Fully remote work with flexible hours.
• Collaboration with a growing team of former top‑tier consultants.
