Supply Chain Director - Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Supply Chain Director builds and optimizes the end-to-end supply chain system in Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery, controlling costs and improving inventory and logistics efficiency. The role reports to the General Manager of Saudi Arabia / Regional Supply Chain Head.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate the Saudi supply chain strategy, covering demand planning, S&OP, inventory management and supply assurance.
• Manage international procurement, import, customs clearance, certification, warehousing, distribution, reverse logistics and spare parts supply chain.
• Ensure implementation of Saudi product certification (SASO/SABER) and customs compliance requirements.
• Manage 3PL providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers, optimizing logistics costs, lead times and service levels.
• Promote the use of ERP/SAP and other systems to improve digitalization and visibility.
• Work with sales, finance and after-sales to balance inventory turnover and order fulfillment rate.
• Set up supply chain risk early-warning and compliance mechanisms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above; supply chain, logistics, international trade or related majors preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience, including 5+ years in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia; home appliances or consumer electronics industry preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi customs, import/export, SASO/SABER, tax and logistics regulations.
• Fluent in English.
