Supply Chain Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead logistics and supply chain operations for a trading company in Jeddah. This full‑time, senior position will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure the resilience of the end‑to‑end supply network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a logistics and supply chain strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Lead, mentor and develop the logistics team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers and other key partners.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws, customs regulations and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to integrate operational workflows.

Required profile

• Proven success in a senior logistics or supply chain leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market.
