Supply Planner

About the role
The Supply Planner ensures optimal product availability by turning demand forecasts into actionable supply plans. Acting as a bridge between Demand Planning, Production, Warehousing, Logistics and Suppliers, you will support S&OE and S&OP processes while minimizing cost, waste and disruptions.
Key responsibilities
- Align demand forecasts with supply plans in collaboration with Demand Planning.
- Create and track purchase orders in SAP (APO/ECC).
- Manage stock levels and replenishment to ensure product availability across distribution centres.
- Monitor slow‑moving and near‑expiry inventory to reduce waste.
- Participate in S&OE and S&OP meetings and highlight supply risks.
- Track supply KPIs such as DIFOT, stock availability and coverage days.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
