Systems Administrator – Azure Cloud (Secret Clearance Required)

About the role

Western Door Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator specialized in Microsoft Azure Cloud to support a State Department customer in Saudi Arabia. The role is part of a nine‑person onsite team delivering system administration and Microsoft subject‑matter expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑author and execute the overall Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud strategy.
• Configure, manage, troubleshoot and optimise device‑management tools, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, remote support and diagnostics.
• Monitor hardware, operating systems and software to ensure reliability, uptime, and timely updates.
• Develop and maintain IT processes, procedures, maintenance guidelines and documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to define technical strategy, perform analysis and design, and support testing and rollout of solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 help‑desk support for Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments, including hardware and software installation and maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Microsoft‑based solutions.
• Experience with endpoint‑management services and device‑management tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia and hold a Secret security clearance.
