Talent Acquisition Manager – Luxury Hotel Pre‑Opening

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the full spectrum of recruitment activities for Rosewood Red Sea, a new ultra‑luxury hotel. This role is pivotal during the pre‑opening phase, building a diverse, high‑performing workforce that embodies Rosewood’s brand philosophy and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the hotel’s pre‑opening timeline.
• Partner with executive leadership and department heads to create manpower and onboarding plans.
• Forecast hiring needs, ensure timely fulfillment, and comply with Asset Management, salary benchmarks, and Saudization requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all levels, from entry‑level associates to senior leadership.
• Drive global sourcing across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and manage relationships with agencies, hospitality schools, and talent pipelines.
• Oversee job postings on platforms such as Avature, LinkedIn, and Hosco.
• Ensure a seamless, high‑touch candidate journey that reflects Rosewood standards.
• Implement competency‑based interview processes and guide hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, including visa processing, travel, and accommodation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or large‑scale pre‑opening projects.
• Strong understanding of international recruitment markets and sourcing strategies.
• Experience with mass recruitment and pre‑opening environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment systems such as Avature (ATS).
