Talent & Culture Manager

About the role

The Talent & Culture Manager at Rosewood AMAALA leads all people‑related operations across the resort, from workforce planning to employee engagement. Acting as a strategic partner to leaders and associates, this role ensures the resort’s culture, values, and "A Sense of Place" philosophy are embedded in every HR process.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day Talent & Culture operations, including onboarding, associate lifecycle management, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate associate records, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and coordinate with Finance as needed.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with interview coordination, offer processing, and onboarding logistics.
• Drive associate recognition programs and ensure consistent application of Rosewood T&C practices.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters fairly and promptly.
• Support performance management processes such as goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, company policies, and internal procedures; support audits and reporting.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive workplace culture and lead engagement, wellness, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Partner with department heads, Finance, Security, and Operations to streamline people processes.
• Lead and coach Talent & Culture supervisors and officers where applicable.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of progressive HR/Talent & Culture experience in luxury hospitality or service‑oriented environments.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in pre‑opening or re‑opening phases is advantageous.
