Talent Management Manager

About the role

The Talent Management Manager will drive key talent development and assessment initiatives for PepsiCo in the Middle East. This role partners closely with Division HRVPs, HR Business Partners and senior leaders to deliver leadership assessments, 360‑feedback, functional assessments and coaching programs that support the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor employee lifecycle programs such as LeAD leadership assessments, 360‑feedback and functional assessments.
• Coordinate top‑talent projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment across HR and business stakeholders.
• Provide talent advisory services, including executive session planning, talent data management and reporting.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to integrate talent development initiatives into broader HR processes.
• Manage talent data and HR systems to ensure accurate, actionable insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, HR development or related HR functions.
• Strong project management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze talent data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
