Tanfeeth Program Manager

About the role

The Tanfeeth Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the Tanfeeth program, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) requirements, and maintaining high‑quality processes. The role acts as the main liaison between the bank, SAMA, and internal teams to resolve alerts, technical issues, and compliance requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Tanfeeth program activities and ensure alerts are processed within SAMA‑defined turnaround times.
• Communicate with SAMA and its technical team regarding case actions, technical issues, and system alerts.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to address dependencies and resolve Tanfeeth‑related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of alerts, escalations, and resolutions in the Tanfeeth and SAMA Net portals.
• Monitor and manage dashboards 24/7, escalating abnormal traffic or risk exposures.
• Provide on‑job training and performance monitoring for new Tanfeeth staff.
• Support compliance‑related requests and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks.
• Enforce information security policies and personal due‑diligence procedures.

Required profile

• Tertiary‑level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar program‑management or compliance role.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and intellectually curious.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Proven capability to deliver on complex technical and regulatory tasks.
