Teacher – Early Years & Elementary

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at R. Atlas International School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging daily lessons for early‑years and elementary learners, supporting the school’s “Early Years Engineering” vision and fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
• Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development.
• Participate in professional learning and development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of learner performance.
• Contribute to school events and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid professional teaching license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching early‑years and/or elementary students.
• Strong classroom management and inclusive teaching practices.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
