About the role
You will join a global technology leader that is expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia to drive Vision 2030 smart‑city initiatives. As a Technical Presales Engineer you will act as the technical face of the company’s autonomous robotics and digital‑twin platforms, bridging hardware, software and client environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead pre‑sales engagements with C‑suite and government stakeholders, delivering technical presentations and demos.
- Analyse client IT landscapes and design solution architectures for robotics and digital‑twin deployments.
- Own the Proof‑of‑Concept phase, conduct on‑site testing and resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Serve as Technical Account Manager for large‑scale projects, driving Quarterly Business Reviews and aligning roadmaps.
- Coordinate between Riyadh clients and global engineering teams to manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical engineering, pre‑sales, solutions engineering or technical account management.
- Background in robotics, IoT, industrial automation or smart‑hardware products, preferably with AI components.
- Strong communication skills in English; business‑level Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh with occasional local travel.

- API integration experience.
