Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager at Holovis you will lead the delivery of complex, guest‑facing technology projects for themed attractions. You will coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams across AV, software, networks, controls and show systems to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through commissioning and hand‑over, controlling scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Own risk, issue and dependency management, including third‑party subcontractor activities.
• Communicate with technical clients, engineers and technicians, challenging constructively and explaining trade‑offs.
• Establish baselines, manage change requests and maintain clear risk and task control.
• Use planning tools daily to schedule, track delivery and support forecasting and invoicing.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical projects end‑to‑end in AV, show systems or related engineering/technology sectors.
• Ability to translate engineering scope into clear plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
• Comfort with owning risk and making timely decisions to protect outcomes.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
