Technical Project Manager – Software Consultancy

About the role

Join an international software consultancy where you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting‑edge web solutions. You will act as the bridge between clients and technical experts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Understand project objectives and define clear deliverables.
• Plan, monitor, and control projects to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to capture requirements and expectations.
• Support the delivery team in client interactions and stakeholder management.
• Analyze, design, and validate technical solutions that align with client needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
• Oversee quality assurance of deliverables and conduct data/process analyses for optimisation.
• Provide technical guidance to clients when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role managing web projects.
• Strong background as a software engineer, preferably with Node.js and React.js.
• Experience with Cloud and DevOps, ideally on Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and AI agents.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10 + members and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
