Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Nozomi Networks is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its Delivery department. You will provide post‑sales break‑fix, consulting and collaboration to resolve technical issues for customers using our AI‑powered OT and IoT cybersecurity platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification and optimisation.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the full Nozomi Networks product line.
• Create and update knowledge‑base content to document solutions.
• Provide white‑glove support for critical accounts and replicate customer issues in a lab environment before escalation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing technical support or systems engineering role.
• Background in network security, installations and configuration of security appliances in large, complex environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and solid written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to work under confidentiality and data‑privacy protocols.
