Telesales Representative – Hybrid Part-Time

About the role

Modern Printing is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to work on a part‑time hybrid basis. You will generate new business opportunities, follow up with prospects and existing customers, and promote the company’s custom printing and packaging solutions through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and online meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Present Modern Printing’s products and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil orders.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update customer information.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a high‑school diploma or higher.
• Previous experience in telesales, sales, customer service or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
