Territory Manager – Spine

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Territory Manager focused on spine solutions to join its Orthopaedics business in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role is part of the MedTech Sales function and will support the company’s mission to deliver innovative, less‑invasive treatments for complex diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell spine products and solutions within the assigned Dammam territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Orthopaedics portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clinical and economic value for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MedTech or clinical sales to surgeons.
• Understanding of orthopaedic and spine product markets.
• Ability to work independently in the Dammam region.
