Testing & Commissioning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join Al Gihaz Holding in Saudi Arabia. The role supports the planning, execution and reporting of testing and commissioning activities for power equipment, ensuring safe and efficient hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating testing and commissioning plans and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver reports on T&C activities, including KPIs and notifications.
• Support scheduling, access, permits and safety oversight for on‑site activities.
• Participate in hand‑over processes between project teams and the T&C agency.
• Troubleshoot faults, analyse root causes and implement corrective measures to maintain power continuity.
• Create CID files and review relay configurations and drawings for modifications.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of engineering and testing procedures for electrical power systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and external agencies.
