Training Supervisor - Pre-Opening Resort

About the role

Basiqat by Mantis, a luxury eco-resort in Riyadh under the Accor Group, is in its pre-opening phase and is looking for a Training Supervisor to join its People & Culture team. The role coordinates, delivers and monitors learning and development initiatives that support employee performance, service excellence and brand standards, and prepares the staff (Heartists) for the resort's opening.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual training and development plan, conduct training needs assessments and deliver programmes on guest service, communication, leadership and operational competencies
• Organise pre-opening training, orientation and onboarding, and support brand and service-excellence training
• Deliver training on luxury service etiquette, guest engagement, personalisation and service recovery, and promote sustainability awareness
• Maintain training records, monitor compliance, prepare monthly reports and evaluate training effectiveness
• Support employee development, career growth and engagement initiatives, and work with department heads and external providers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, L&D or hospitality operations with training responsibilities
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts or internationally recognised hospitality brands is highly desirable; pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is highly desirable

Required skills

• Knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, delivery and evaluation
• Preferred: familiarity with LMS and digital training platforms, train-the-trainer certification
• Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word
